Nick Fuentes, along with his group of supporters known as Groypers, are actively pushing the boundaries of American conservatism and the MAGA movement towards more extreme and perilous ideologies. Fuentes gained traction in 2017 following the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. Through his show, America First, he openly admires Adolf Hitler and promotes white supremacist, Christian nationalist, and antisemitic beliefs.
Recently, Fuentes and his radical views made significant strides towards mainstream acceptance when he appeared on the show of Tucker Carlson, a prominent right-wing talk show host in the United States.
To delve deeper into the normalization of Fuentes’ extremist views, Ali Breland, a writer at The Atlantic, and Ben Lorber, a senior research analyst at Political Research Associates, known for his work on combating antisemitism, discuss the issue.
