These include allowing the Bakken Pipeline Company to maintain and operate current pipeline facilities in Burke County, North Dakota, Enbridge Energy to manage existing pipeline facilities in St. Clair County, Michigan, and Enbridge Energy to oversee existing pipeline facilities in Pembina County, North Dakota.
