In response to the allegations, Diggs’ attorney, David Meier, issued a statement vehemently denying the accusations. Meier emphasized that the alleged incident never took place, labeling the claims as baseless and unsupported. He attributed the timing of the accusations to a financial dispute between Diggs and the former employee, insinuating that it was a retaliatory move due to dissatisfaction with the resolution.
