“DOJ Releases 30,000 Pages on Epstein Connections”

On a recent Tuesday, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) unveiled close to 30,000 pages of files, encompassing images, legal documents, and correspondence linked to Jeffrey Epstein. This release comes after the initial disclosure of documents over the weekend that pertained to the DOJ’s archives about the deceased convicted sex offender.

Included in the documents are references to connections in Canada. One of the documents contained a letter dated April 2020, drafted by the DOJ and dispatched to authorities in the United Kingdom. The FBI and the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York were eager to arrange an interview with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor — then Prince Andrew — concerning potential ties to fashion tycoon Peter Nygard.

The letter highlighted evidence linking Mountbatten-Windsor to both Nygard and Epstein in two distinct sex-trafficking investigations. It mentioned that the former prince had visited Nygard Cay, Nygard’s lavish estate in the Bahamas, where Nygard allegedly exploited minor and adult female victims.

While the former prince was not under investigation at the time and no evidence suggested he had violated U.S. laws, U.S. authorities sought information from him regarding his visits to Nygard Cay and any knowledge he possessed about Peter Nygard and associated individuals. It was indicated that Mountbatten-Windsor might be called upon to provide testimony in either the Nygard or Epstein cases if he shared pertinent information during an interview.

The U.S. authorities had specific inquiries for their British counterparts to pose to Mountbatten-Windsor, including details of his encounters with Epstein or Nygard, visits to their properties, and interactions with women associated with either individual.

Peter Nygard has been confronted with numerous allegations of sexual assault across various jurisdictions. In 2023, he was convicted by a Toronto jury on four counts of sexual assault.

In a separate intake record by the FBI, dated August 2, 2020, allegations were made by an unidentified individual claiming to have been groomed by two individuals, one of whom was described as a Serbian Canadian “lingerie model actress” in 1996 when the individual was 19. The complainant also alleged that their artwork was stolen by these individuals to settle a debt, revealing a calculated scheme involving false romance and grooming leading to contact with Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein.

Maxwell, who was charged with aiding in the recruitment of underage girls for Epstein, was arrested in July 2020 and subsequently convicted on multiple counts, including sex trafficking conspiracy and sex trafficking of a minor, serving a 20-year prison sentence.

Another allegation, dated August 5, 2020, indicated that a person was introduced to Epstein by a Canadian woman in New York City around 2004 or 2005. This woman, who was associated with Maxwell, was identified as an aspiring French Canadian model and was alleged to have procured young women for Epstein, many of whom were underage and aspiring models from foreign countries.

The woman reportedly received cash from Epstein for her assistance and spoke of his preference for massages and his interactions with young women.
